Ann Bailey-Robinson

Council District 3

Councilwoman Ann Bailey-Robinson is one of the newest members to the Cayce City Council. Originally from Inman, SC, Ann has been a resident of Cayce for over 20 years. She is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute of Columbia and the University of South Carolina’s College of Engineering and Computing with a Master’s in Health Information Technology. Ann has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years in client services and is passionate about patient’s advocacy. She is also the proud grandmother of three and is an entrepreneur and small business owner, managing her own mobile ice cream and dessert food truck.

Ann has devoted a large portion of her life to public service and got her start in the City of Cayce’s government as the secretary of the City’s Beautification Foundation. She has volunteered as both a patient and student advocate and served as a volunteer reading coach in Lexington 2. She believes strongly in public input and went door to door during her campaign to meet residents. Ann is looking forward to bridging the gap in communication between residents and their elected officials and is always interested in hearing from constituents. Ann wants to encourage the citizens to get more involved in the local government and is interested in meeting residents at some of the city’s many events.
