Public Hearing: Map Amendment 004-22
The City of Cayce Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at a Special Called Meeting on Monday, June 13, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input and comments on the following:
Map Amendment 004-22
A request, by the applicant, Wes Taylor, to rezone three (3) properties from RS-3 (Single-Family, Small lots) to RS-4 (Single-Family, Small lots). The properties are located at 1003 F Avenue, un- numbered F Avenue, and un-numbered F Avenue (Tax Map Numbers 004634-09-002, 004634- 09-001, and 004634-09-003).
The request was deferred at the Planning Commission meeting on May 16, 2022. The City of Cayce Planning Commission must act on a deferral within 30 days.
The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing. The Planning Commission is a recommending body only and final action is by City Council.
Questions regarding this matter and/or review of documents relating to them are available for public inspection in the office of Planning and Development, City of Cayce.
