Public Notice: Variance 001-22

The City of Cayce Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a regularly scheduled meeting to conduct a Public Hearing on June 27, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. at Cayce City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street Extension. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comments on the following:

Variance 001-22

A request by the owner, Mr. C. Harden, for a variance from the Zoning Ordinance Section 6.7 Table 3, Schedule of Lot Area, Setbacks, Height, & Lot Coverage Requirements, by Zoning Districts, to reduce the required rear yard setback (25 feet) in the M-1 zoning district by 15 feet. The property is located at 640 McDuffie Street (TMS 005767-07-009).

The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing.

Questions regarding this matter and/or review of documents relating to them are available for public inspection in the office of Planning and Development, City of Cayce.
