New Payment Options at the City of Cayce

The City of Cayce Utilities Department is happy to announce new Bill presentment and Payment options provided through BillTrax.  Most of the Payment features went live Wednesday, June 12, 2024.  The charges for online payments through a charge card remain the same at $1.00 + 1.7% of the payment.  The City of Cayce does not receive any proceeds from these charges.  A list of new ways to pay and the charges associated with them is listed on the chart below.

Note: Auto pay is a new feature through BillTrax.  This does not replace Automatic Draft, if you are enrolled with that payment option.  Automatic Draft is a free payment option offered by the City and drafts your checking account.  The form is provided on the website and a copy of a voided check or bank letter is necessary for this option.  With Auto Pay, you can set up recurring payments on your charge card or with your checking account. 

What you need to do:

• Please register your account with BillTrax (this is free).  Go to https://cityofcayce.billtrax.com to register.
• Please opt-out of paper bills as this reduces waste and reduces the cost of printed bills and postage.
