Public Hearing: Map Amendment 003-23
The City of Cayce Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting to conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, April 17, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comments on the following:
Map Amendment 003-23
A request, by the owner, Matt Murphy of SC Mallard Properties, LLC, to rezone a property from RS-3 (Single Family Residential) to RG-2 (General Residential). The property is located at 1827 Grace Street (Tax Map Number 005750-04-005).
The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing. The Planning Commission is a recommending body only and final action is by City Council.
Questions regarding this matter and/or review of documents relating to them are available for public inspection in the office of Planning and Development, City of Cayce.
